Every customer receives top quality access charging valve and refrigeration fitting such as brass flare plug or flare nut, which are automatically processed using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. The machines that we use are milling machines, lathes and grinders which ensure total quality tolerance when cutting brass material. For example, the diameter tolerance can be controlled to dimensions as small as 0.02 mm when creating brass flare plugs in 1/4″ to 7/8″ sizes. When it comes to providing exacting dimensions and precision cutting, no-one does it better.
