Our valve stems are perfectly created and they need to be.  As a key part of the air conditioner service valve, with a top O-ring which needs to suit the valve body completely, it is an essential component.  When we produce valve stems they are finely honed in order to avoid valve leakage, assuring our customers of precision results every time.
2. Just as the valve stems form an essential part of the air-conditioning unit, the valve cores also need to be carefully produced by us in order to match perfectly with the valve charging thread.  Our quality testing ensures that this is the case by guaranteeing absolutely no leakage.
3. By making use of the latest firm brazing technology, our skilled operators are able to achieve a fine surface that leaves ample brazing material in the valve connecting hole between the brass and copper. This provides total peace of mind for our customers as leaks are totally eliminated.
